  Had a document notarized here and then I came back because it was missing a signature. Given that I already paid for the service you would hope that they would fix the mistake for free but no. They charged me again. Pretty annoying. Probably won’t come back.

  I needed to email a shipping label to the shop for print, and the person helping me was extremely impatient, repeating himself over and over instead of giving me time to send it.

  Poor customer service. Associate asked us to “come back tomorrow” because she didn’t know how to do something and didn’t feel like trying. We live an hour away and will not be coming back tomorrow. She said “because it’s the weekend” she couldn’t help us (but to come back on a Sunday???). Associate proceeded to tell every other customer to use the automated return machines, because she either didn’t know how to help them or didn’t want to. I would suggest that management try to train whoever was working on June 6th, or don’t bother being open at all.
