  Useless customer service. If you don’t have everything perfectly labeled they won’t help you at all, and they’re rude, and want to charge for every stupid thing that all the other ups stores include free., like printing off a prepaid label. This store is the worst, go anywhere but here. Thanks for nothing.

  I made an appt for a notary at 9am, I get there for the apt and they don’t have someone available until 10. I come back at 10, and was told by the manager (different than the first person I talked to at 9) that they won’t have someone in until Monday. I felt jerked around and they were very rude. 0/10 take your money elsewhere and don’t waste your time here.

  My husband and I packed up our son for the summer and we needed help. The guys at the store were lifesavers. So helpful and friendly. We ended up going back to send second box because we felt confident in the service we had earlier that day! We got home last night and our boxes arrived today! Great service! Thank you!

  Arun was winging it by himself today, but was able to efficiently help everyone with a smile and so fast! My new UPS store because customer service is EVERYTHING!! Thanks Arun
