  Take your business elsewhere. They charge you $3 for their own cheap envelope when UPS Express envelopes are free. Also my UPS Worldwide Express letter that I dropped off here took 3 business days to arrive, while a different UPS Store provided the free UPS envelope and the letter arrived next morning to the same address with the same UPS Worldwide Express service.

  I came in with an Amazon return (packed it in the box myself as instructed by Amazon). Was charged $4 for a bag despite it already being packed in a box. Still mad at myself for paying this. Extremely exploitative. Wouldn’t recommend this location or company if you can help it!

  I have had to return air conditioners to Amazon on two separate occasions and brought them to the UPS store on Arapahoe and they were super helpful! Even though I didn’t have printed labels on either occasion, and the first time I had trouble discerning which Amazon label link went to which air conditioner, they kept checking their email until I got it right and offered to help with moving the heavy packages. I highly recommend the UPS store on Arapahoe.

  Had a document notarized here and then I came back because it was missing a signature. Given that I already paid for the service you would hope that they would fix the mistake for free but no. They charged me again. Pretty annoying. Probably won’t come back.
