  I brought in 18 homemade weekly calendars to have spirals put in, as well as several wall calendars. The spiral job was perfect for all, no loose pages, and with previous office stores I've had an occasional problem, so I'm wary. I wrote this review a year ago, and now I see that maybe it didn't get sent. But I'm having the same experience with Staples in Boulder this year. They are the best, and I've been to many office stores.

  Had to get a bunch of things printed, and the staff at the Boulder store gave great customer service and printed the materials perfectly!

  We spent a few thousand dollars on banners and stands purchased for our organization. I went online to look at purchasing some replacement stands only to discover that they are not being sold anymore. I tried to connect with someone via the live chat to confirm this and to see what they would recommend to replace the stands so that we can still use our current banners and was told to call customer service. Looking at products while I am sitting on hold it doesn't appear they have any viable replacement options (all of their products have the banners attach in a different manner). Which means that as soon as one of our banner stands dies (they get a lot of use) I now have to replace both the banner and stand. Not to mention I have placed multiple orders on their site with an account and my account now no longer exists. We are a nonprofit on a budget and this is upsetting. I expected better. Now on hold for almost 15 minutes.
