  Fantastic experience and great support from Michael. I came in with questions about two print projects. Michael walked me through the options and had the finished products in an hour. So happy with my experience.

  I was so frustrated because I couldn’t get my tax forms downloaded, I used the computer to try and long into my TurboTax account it didn’t work, I was refunded by manager for my screen time and tall dark handsome young man thought outside box for me and helped me out! I apologize I didn’t give much eye contact! I truly appreciate your help! The lady at counter shouted out welcome to every customer that came through the door! I appreciate you all!

  Most unfriendly, and unhelpful. You have to everything by yourself, including printing, scanning, and even laminating. If I knew how to do all that myself, I would open my own shop. It's like going to restaurant and being told that you would be given kitchen access, but you would have to cook everything yourself :). That's not the worst part though, the worst part is that they are rude and condescending. Even when you agree to do it yourself but ask for instructions, you are told "the instructions are written on the paper". It's not that they are busy... you are the only customer, and they are standing there juggling a rubber ball. The high price doesn't help either. Just go to Ink Spot at C.U Boulder just a couple of blocks away and get much better service for Much Cheaper.

  Michael is super knowledgeable and always very helpful. Super nice guy with a great attitude it’s always a pleasure to work with him. I always feel lucky when he’s around to help me with my printing and shipping. This last time I couldn’t get a shipping label to load for printing, and he was able to get it printed up with a screenshot that I emailed him. I hope FedEx knows what a gem they have working for them, and keep him happy so he’s around for years to come.
