- BGBen Grodsky1 day ago2.0Ordered a print order to be done and the staff was super friendly. But I got a notification that the order was done on the day so I came in to pick it up and I am told that even though the order is done I can't pick it up unless I pay a $15 rush fee. I understand the rush fee if I needed it done quickly but being told it's done and then not able to pick up the order was incredibly frustrating. I feel like at that point you just say hey sorry our system was wrong will waive the rush order fee
