It still runs just like any other post office, things are a little bit slower pace in any government entity, but I do find the staff to be very courteous, patient, friendly, and helpful. I find that there is hardly ever a line, and even if there is, it's only a few minutes wait at most. I've been to other post offices where the line is out the door and it could be 30 minutes or more before you talk to somebody. This post office doesn't have that problem. I've overheard them dealing with other people over more complicated things, and they have always done their best to help resolve the issue and offer information that I feel like other post offices just don't do, showing that they are genuine and care about addressing your needs (they are not dismissive or passing the buck).
