- ACAlex CanuteMay 31, 20261.0This is the second time this has happened where it will say delivered, but it’s not actually there. Then it just never shows up. I have gone to the post office and don’t get help. They recently lost some of the clothing I bought for my wedding in two weeks and they did absolutely nothing. So fed up with usps losing hundreds of dollars worth of stuff I’ll never see.
- JMJohn MiddletonMay 18, 20261.0Really terrible delivery. I have USPS Informed Delivery so I see what should be coming in day to day. I had had healthcare reimbursement checks lost and never arrive. Recently my CO fishing license failed to arrive. Letters from friends don't show up. We even had the post office give four boxes of chickens (250 birds) to the wrong person and then berate our livestock manager for expecting USPS to help us rectify the situation. I love the USPS but the local Basalt office is incredibly unreliable and takes no accountability.

- JZJason ZalonisFeb 11, 20261.0The staff at this post office are some of the rudest people I've encountered at a USPS. I deliver for Amazon, and every single time I go in they are rude without fail. There's a smaller Indian guy, that is the worst. Amazon requires a name in order for us to drop off the package for accountability purposes. When I asked him for his name, he told me no. Then when I asked for his manager, I finally got a name. If you can avoid this post office, I would highly recommend you do so. The way they act and treat people is unacceptable. - JMJoshua MuellerOct 13, 20231.0I understand they are short-staffed and we have had our fair share of "lazy" deliveries over the year, understandable. But we flat out do not get our mail delivered now. They have cited that there is not a carrier for our route and will not let us pick up packages at the post office. They simply refuse to look for the packages. How hard is it to rearrange a route to deliver to deliver mail and packages once a week and skip a day for a different route. Absolutely unacceptable.
