When I politely asked for an explanation, she responded in a rude way and simply told me I couldn’t pick up my package without giving a proper reason. Customer service like this is unacceptable.

Packages are marked delivered and don't appear for several days. Staff is rude when you try to ask about packages marked as delivered like it's not MY package that I have every right to have questions about.
