When I gave her my license, she looked then DROPPED IT ON THE COUNTER did not hand it back to me. I’m a black man in Colorado so obviously this feels racially charged. Either that or she just has no home trained, regardless this is unacceptable behavior.

They were 6 blocks away, claimed “couldnt find location” and sent my mail back to Maine rather than call me to pick it up. Talk about incompetence, laziness, and lack of service. USPS is worthless in this area and shouldn’t even be operating. Pathetic. Only use UPS around here people your wasting your hard earned money. They also made me lose about 20$ on my order because I was only given a partial refund on the product I ordered not the shipping costs. Unreal

- RWryan wanglerMay 21, 20261.0I never write reviews, but they completely SCREWED me over this time. Needed to send extremely important sample that was very time-sensitive. The lady said the address was good to go, it was not. It was "returned to sender". They be 5-10 more day, Its already been a week (Priority mail) and was not able to pick it up from the post office its currently at. The brainless workers should probably know better, this costs me a major contract and was a huge waste of time dealing with their shitty AI call system and brainless workers. not to mention I paid $15 just for them to steel my very expensive sample. UPS just gained a new customer.
