Since this Post Office doesn't deliver to physical addresses, the wait to get packages can be insane and packages can easily get lost.

Wouldn’t wish a trip to this place on my worst enemy. Line out the door always, no urgency by staff, always losing mail, extremely rude

girlfriend sent over some stuff for me but somehow the po box number was omitted from the shipping address. The Asian woman at the counter was extremely rude while attempting to help me. Would not recommend getting mail sent here

I had a very disappointing experience here. One of the clerks, Star, was extremely rude. This is not the first time I’ve seen her treat people poorly. When I politely asked for an explanation, she responded in a rude way and simply told me I couldn’t pick up my package without giving a proper reason. Customer service like this is unacceptable.

Genuinely the rudest staff ever, I understand you're short staffed but treating me terribly like I did something wrong is crazy. Packages are marked delivered and don't appear for several days. Staff is rude when you try to ask about packages marked as delivered like it's not MY package that I have every right to have questions about.
