  Never written a bad review before but this was as bad of service that it’s warranted. Tried to take passport photos and after multiple photos I was send to wait “30 mins” for them to print and that I would receive a text once there is an update. Going back there after 1 hour of waiting the only response was “our camera doesn’t work” and she turned around. No apologies or any further communication whatsoever and how I could get my photos.

  Pésimo servicio, muy decepcionada. No les importa resolver los problemas que ellos mismos generar. Pedi retirar mi orden en el FedEx inside Walmart de Avon, y me hicieron ir 3 veces confirmándome que allí estaba y nunca estuvo ahí. Me hicieron irme hasta el FedEx en eagle (240 marmot ln) que queda a 30 minutos de mi casa. (Porque no me lo podían mandar al que YO SOLICITÉ EN UN PRINCIPIO). Particularmente decepcionada de la atención de Sergio (empeñado del FedEx inside Walmart), que hoy a la mañana llame (me trato con muy mala gana), le pedí que me confirme que pedía hoy ir a retirarlo al de eagle, me dijo que si y cuando llegue a la oficina de Eagle estaba CERRADA. Maneje una hora en vano. Hace dos semanas vengo llamando a FedEx y nadie se interesa en ayudarte, te dan información errada de todo lo que preguntas. No saben ni los horarios de sus propias oficinas. Nada recomendable

  Customer service representative had no idea what she was doing so it took forever and to make matters worse she had a bad adittude. I can't believe I'm saying this but I'm better off using the Avon post office. 25 minutes to drop off a package unacceptable! Edit: It has been much better lately... a few minutes or less to drop off packages. I have not seen the person that gave me poor service recently.
