  This USPS location was extremely unprofessional and the customer service was unacceptable. There were easily 30 people in line with only two employees working, and unfortunately, both employees had extremely rude attitudes. I initially went inside to use the self-service machines. One machine did not offer the service I needed, which was to scan a QR code and print my label. The other machine continued delaying and would not properly complete the process. After trying to use the self-service option, the machine instructed me to go inside for assistance. I was already inside the building by approximately 5:55 PM, before closing. I followed the instructions given by the machine and went to the counter, only to be told by the clerk that I needed to leave because I supposedly wasn’t inside before the cutoff time. I explained that I had been attempting to use the self-service machines and that it wasn’t my fault the machines were not working properly. Instead of trying to help resolve the issue, the clerk was argumentative and dismissive. I asked for the clerk’s name, but they refused to provide it and only stated that they were Clerk 21. I then asked to speak with a manager, and my request was denied. It is extremely frustrating to wait in a long line, attempt to use the self-service machines to avoid the line, have the machines not work, follow the instructions provided by the USPS machine, and then be treated rudely when asking for assistance.i also have a photo of the clerk. USPS needs to do better with both customer service and staffing at this location. The way this situation was handled was completely unprofessional, and I will be filing a formal complaint with USPS regarding this experience.

  I was here today trying to send a package using the self service machine which is a very great addition to my home postal office. However I couldn’t find any Flat Rate Priority Mail Mediums and Large Boxes anywhere. There was a really long line and there was only two clerks that was seen working the line. I proceeded to try and ask one of the clerk by saying “excuse me, do you…” and she didn’t even looked at me and proceeded to call for the next person in line. I know this doesn’t sound rude at all but I’ve been waiting for another person to come passing so i can ask for the box for approximately 20 minutes and there was no one else around, that’s why I tried and ask her for the box and when she finally answered she said in a very rude tone “Sir you’re supposed to stand in line you’re cutting everyone, what is your problem?” I replied. “I needed mediums and large flat rate boxes and you don’t have it around anywhere.” After that small interaction she went to the back and get the box for me. However, she was not happy about it and she didn’t hand it to me she just tossed it across the counter. Well this was not a pleasant experience at this postal office. Hope the management can resolve the issue quickly.

  5 stars only because they have the self help service kiosk vs trying to deal with their slow and bitter employees

  The 2 people who I've seen 3 times in 2 weeks are so nice! BUT they are slow, and a bit too chatty with customers. Long lines always. Please get 1-3 more people working here for such a major post office please!
