Damian and Ed were both so kind and patient explaining something to me. Great service! Even though the line was decently long, it was clear the staff cared and did their best to move it as quickly as possible.

The parcel locker key placed in my mailbox opens my personal mailbox instead of the parcel locker. My package is currently inaccessible because the wrong key was issued. I need a supervisor to verify the locker assignment and retrieve the package.

The staff at the office on Alameda Ave is rude. You can great them with a smile, go above and beyond in kindness, and expect nothing but attitude, short answers, and to he spoken to like youre an idiot. Same staff for years. Nothing changes.

There’s a delivery driver that consistently marks our packages as “could not deliver”, “address not found” or leaves slips saying they attempted delivery and I need to pick the package up at the Hub. I have cameras and they show that the delivery driver does not show up at our house, nor do they even attempt to deliver. I called the phone number (which is also unhelpful) and was supposed to get a call back within an hour. I haven’t heard anything in two days and they can’t find my case number. If our government does anything remotely good, it would be firing 90% of the post office workers and restarting the entirety of the USPS.
