- GRGabriela RTT4 days ago1.0Asian women was very rude and mean I had appointments for my kids passport she told me that we weren’t going to be able to get the appointment bc I was late and I did have time for my other 2 kids appointments and she said okay you only have time for 2 and the place was really empty and then she change her mind and said NO You need to reschedule it I was like omg that so rude like I know I could fill the forms while they were taking my kids pictures but she change her mind and say NO , horrible costumer service , I can’t believe that she said okay you have time for 2 and then change her mind , the worst part was that I did have time to get 2 of my kids passport because for those two we did attend on time , I was knocking at the door and she took her sweet time to open the door ofc she was going to denied it, there is not humanity this times what type of humans treat others like that , I don’t know how this work but for the amount of complaints they need to at least take a small time of consideration to read all the reviews and apparently the Asian lady has already so many…
- CCC6 days ago1.0I was told to knock. I knocked and was greeted with hostility. After reading other reviews is there anyone else in charge of this place? I was told by this guy to 'not let the door hit me on the way out'. Photo from another review..I had my papers but its confusing. I did not know I needed an appointment on a Thursday. The place was nearly empty at 3p. Suprised at the hostility from the guy. The ladies just kept their heads down. I hope he does not sabatoge my appointment tomorrow.

Zero costumer service attitude, the front staff, an Asian woman extremely rude and unclear in explaining basic things concerning your passport application. She refused an original birth certificate of a teen for identification. That was absurd to me because as a parent I presented my identity that wasn’t enough for her, she rushed me out with a hostile tone and couldn’t reschedule or nothing…….don’t ever waste your time going to this facility

I don’t understand people who work in customer service & hate helping people. The man who helped me & my family out with our passports was super cool though! Let us know how long we needed to wait & held conversation the whole time while completing the process. He made up for the bad experience. Wish I would’ve gotten his name, he was a younger black man. But anyways, I suggest going to a different location!
