When it was time to pay, the employee told me he could not accept cash. I had a $100 bill ready, so I do not understand why cash was not an option for a basic shipping service. It was frustrating to wait so long and then be told my payment could not be accepted. UPS should make its payment policies clear and ensure customers have reasonable ways to pay.

First off, the employee walking-in front of me didn't hold the door seeing me with carrying 3 pkgs. Then, while I was waiting inline I didn't see anyone was charged for strip of tapes. Then, it was my turn, she told me that it will be addition 3-5 dollars bc my box wasn't taped. I asked her does this applied to everyone? She didn't answer me. Yeah, Nickle-n- dime people that's how it is...
