  Attention!!!!!!! The experience I had at your 1250 S Buckley store on June 23, 2026 at approximately 2:14 pm. I was severely disrespected by the store manager on duty, who ultimately refused to release a package that belongs to me. I arrived at the store to pick up my order I had all the necessary confirmation details ready including my IDENTIFICATION I was waiting in line for 30 minutes prior to getting helped. The worker at the time asked for my ID then she asked for my address, I verbally gave her my address, I asked the worker why do I need to tell you my address when all you need is my confirmation number and my ID? She then took my package and put it back on the shelf and said that she’s not going to give me my package because she believed that I was being rude for asking her a question. I asked if I could speak with a manager? She proudly said that she’s the manager! I immediately called costumer service I took the call outside of the store then . I went back into the store with customer service on the phone hoping that he can get her to release my property, I put the phone on speaker she then she started yelling at the representative that she’s not gonna give me my package because my address on the package doesn’t match my Drivers license! The manager at this store needs to be Fired!!!! Long story short she was not successful in returning my package. Here are pictures reflecting how unprofessional she is just by her attire, and I also included a picture of my package that she was attempting to return. I wish I didn’t have to give a star!!!!!

  I came into this location trying to drop off amazon returns. I had already had trouble with amazon getting me the right labels and amazon had assured me it wouldn't cost me anything to drop off these returns at a ups store. I believed amazon because I've never had to pay anything for my previous experiences at the location on Havana. However, This location wanted to charge me $1.29 per label to print the labels for me! I understand that the store needs to cover their costs, but $1.29 per label is highway robbery. It also seemed unprofessional how chaotic and loud the staff were. One of the staff members was hollering "He better not have changed my password!" from the back area. Then the staff person assisting me left to go check if there was paper and declared that they were out of paper.

  I found the customer service to be excellent. I had some heavy packages and the woman working there offered me a dolly and even held the door open for me. She was very nice and answered all my questions. I will definitely recommend this location to a friend.

  These people don’t care about peoples time and will talk to you crazy in front of everyone. I have been in line for 45 minutes in the same spot and not only are both now on what appears to be lunch. When i finally got to the front, the lady alana didnt give greet me or seemed like she wanted to help or apologize for the wait. It’s just a uncomfortable feeling that these people treat customers this way
