  Terrible customer service and a messy parking lot every single time. The staff is rude—an associate literally blamed their boss while charging me for tape. I'd rather drive out of my way to another store than deal with this location again.

  Cleaning my dad's house of my childhood stuff over a long weekend, and every associate I interacted with were awesome. I think the total was 12 total packages. Thanks fellas for being the easiest part of the packing!

  Today, on the morning of 06/17/2026, I went to this location and although, the older Middle Eastern/Indian gentleman was nice, there was another employee, a young African-American gentleman with long hair that was extremely passive-aggressive and kept muttering stuff angrily under his breath every time someone walked in. He was not helpful and didn't even try to look like he was enjoying his job. This lack of professionalism reflects poorly on this location. Please train that young man better.

  Been a customer here since they opened. Everyone is kind, courteous and professional. I've since moved but if I need something to ship UPS, I always go the extra mile to make sure I take it here to be shipped.

  Most of the employees here are extremely nice and professional, but one employee — who I believe may be the manager (a thin Middle Eastern man with short hair) — was incredibly rude, condescending, and unprofessional. I was in line shipping a package while a woman ahead of me was simply trying to get pricing information to ship an item. She was calm, polite, and professional the entire time, yet he was dismissive, unhelpful, and repeatedly made rude comments toward her. It genuinely felt like he did not want her business at all. I honestly couldn’t understand why he was treating her that way. Was it because she was female? Eventually, she became frustrated, picked up her package, and said she would rather ship with someone else. Several people in line actually clapped after she walked away because of how poorly he handled the interaction. This employee has no business working directly with customers and is hurting the UPS brand. After witnessing that interaction, I also decided to leave and ship my package with FedEx instead.
