They gave me a 12 hour delivery window for a tv delivery. 11 hours 8 minutes into that window the drivers decided they wanted to go home early and cancelled my delivery. Now I have to take another day off from work and hope they decide to finish their shift that day. I wish I had a job with pto, but I don’t. My item gets to be loaded and unloaded, again. And it gets to ride around town for 12 hours in a truck, again.

Delivery drivers dropped heavy Sunsetter items in my driveway, blocking entrance to my garage. When they called in advance, I told him to knock on my door and I would show him where to put it. I called the driver within 5 minutes after they left without knocking on the door, refused to come back, and had a real attitude. Three conversations with CSR people, all of whom assured the items would be moved, including the person who responded below, and they never did. They said the people who deliver are third party contractors, they don't employ them and therefore have little control, all in the name of limiting their liability. So as the customer, there is basically no recourse other than empty promises. To top it off, they brought two Sunsetters to my house, so they are sitting at my house, and I have to rely on this group to come back and get them.
