- SHScott Heath2 days ago1.0We scheduled the delivery for the morning of July 2nd. We later got notice, our delivery would be July 4th between 6:00 AM and 10:00 AM. No one from RXO contacted us about the change. The delivery person called at 7:50 AM and ask for directions. Directions were sent by text message. We waited until 10:30 AM. We called the delivery driver twice and text him twice. He never answered or replied to our text messages. Now tracking says an attempt was made and we have to reschedule. Wasted 5 hours of my time. I am not pleased.

Both deliveries went really well, they showed up promptly in the beginning of the delivery window, and the guys were extremely friendly and courteous. I would definitely recommend RXO and look forward to the next time they deliver something, although for the sake of my checking account, it won't be often.
