  They were close on June 20th when the office hours at the door says they were open and Google Maps said the same. They didn’t answer phone calls as well. We had to drive across the town to find another one that was open. Update your schedule, follow the one you have or at least, answer the phone!

  Poor communication of policy. I called in advance to inquire about having a prepaid envelope because I needed to have some documents sent internationally, signed and returned. I was assured that would not be a problem. I confirmed what I needed to send said documents, let them know when I would be in, and hung up. When I arrived I was told this was not possible, after I mentioned the phone call, I was told to come back between 10 and 2 the next day because someone else would be there who knows more and could help. I get back within the time frame stated and am told they can't do it. I again mentioned the phone call and was told they could do it but I needed to pay on the currency of that country. They also have a different address policy than the one they confirmed on the phone. Chaos.
