  Leah and the team at this store went above and beyond to help me recently and I'm so pleased and grateful I had to post a review. I'm out of state and she oversaw and coordinated packing and shipping some family heirlooms that were dropped off by an uncle (who struggles with communication and other cognitive issues). Leah was so patient and helpful throughout the whole process, and all my fragile heirlooms arrived in one piece. Thank you Leah and team! UPS - give them a raise!

  Like most people, I try to avoid having to return anything by mail. It's a pain and usually costs more than the product is worth sending back. This time, it was unavoidable, but the folks behind the counter here (shout out to Ocean!) really made it easy. I appreciate the kind customer service.

  Worst UPS location I've dealt with in 5 states. Took 41 min too look for a letter. I had to call back. Apparently the phone wasn't answering. Used to have to show up person. Automated service issues and the call center will literally tell you anything. You call UPS in other states and just go direct to the store, same question, less than 3 minutes each to call 6 stores. 41 minutes and no reply at Yucca Valley. Pitiful.

  Went to get some things printed and after being passed on to a different worker by a very rude man, the person who took the information for our print job failed to give us a quote for our job and had to confirm the details at least three times. When we finally picked up our order we told our order was going to cost us $118!!! It was already printed so there was not anything we could really do about it. Had we have had good customer service and we got a quote ahead of time we would have modified our print job or just skipped it all together. The only person work there who was helpful was the person with the red hair and tattoos, they knew what they were doing and were understanding and remorseful. They deserve a raise and are clearly carrying what would otherwise be a trainwreck of a UPS Store.
