  After running all over 2 different towns trying to find a place that could notarize a letter for me I walked into the Yucaipa store #1504 feeling defeated. Cassie was super sweet and then informed me that they also mail for the post office which saved me another trip before having to pick up the kids. Cassie was amazing

  Casandra helped me yesterday with a Notary service and then she also told me about how they could ship it for me as well. Made it where I didn’t have to go to the post office my least favorite place. I will be coming here from now on for all my needs! Thank you for your patience and time.

  I went to the Yucaipa UPS store yesterday, 9/27/26 to ask the store associate at counter Jade to help me printing out letters I composed on my iPhone. Myself not being tech savvy, " Jade" so kindly offered to assist me. More customers came in behind me and I didn't want to take up all of Jade time having 5 letters to email to UPS system, print out copies, though she clearly wanted to help. Store supervisor," Stephanie" asked if she could assist me with my needs and we sat down at the counter as she helped me to transfer my 5 drafted letters to the UPS store email and printed out the 5 letters plus triplicate copies of each letter. Stephanie went over and beyond in assisting me with my needs ! Both Jade and Stephanie both showed excellent customer service needs, respect, courteous professional and aware of my lack of "tech skills " to manage my task. I give both UPS store representatives " 1000 stars out of 5" as they both made my experience at the UPS store most pleasant and clearing giving me reason to return for my future additional postal and printing needs !!!   The entire team at the Yucaipa Blvd location is Amazing! Stephanie was the associate to help me during my last visit and I am very grateful for her knowledge and efficiency in assisting me with my issue. I waited in line less than a minute, and after explaining my situation, Stephanie jumped into action and got me the information that I needed way faster than I had anticipated. I left the store feeling relieved. Thank you, Stephanie!

  Stephanie was so great wuth the livescan. She was more efficient and professional than the police who took twice as long with my daughter at CSUSB. She should be promoted and maybe even consider law enforcement. She was such a multitasker too; greeting customers while chatting with me and getting my prints. I was even late due to running out of gas before my appointment and she made me feel less anxious and was just so kind. Had to write a review of this exceptional service.
