  I paid them to pack an eBay order for me, the kid just threw in some fragile technology in there without any packing material. Stressful when I have to refund someone $30 for potential damage. My ratings also go down.

  There’s always one young woman working who comes off as rude and has an attitude. She never smiles, and it makes the experience unpleasant.

  I went in and used their notary service and delivery. The person who did the notary did not sign the paper that was supposed to be notarized. She just put the stamp only. By not signing the paper that she was supposed to be notarizing it was no longer good. It was shipped that way.. after learning that the notary was no good. I went back to have them redo it, and she wanted me to charge me again because she said there was no line for her to sign on, and that therefore she did not need to sign. Obviously, she has no clue about notary. She should have failed that course, She took a class on how to be a notary and should know that doesn’t matter if there’s a line or not you sign next to the stamp. I chose to go elsewhere to have my notary done and mail it off myself. I will be locating the owner and complaining about this because she should’ve known that she should’ve assigned it. You always have to sign your notary..
