They are excellent at researching and working through old records, title issues, unusual documentation, and the many moving parts that can arise in more complicated real estate transactions. Their knowledge, attention to detail, and persistence give you confidence that even a challenging file is being handled carefully and correctly. They are also gracious and patient when answering questions from trustees who may be unfamiliar with the escrow process, taking the time to address concerns, explain timing, and make everyone feel comfortable and informed.
