It’s so precious and I support it endlessly however the woman at the front desk on June 10 at 10:30am was an absolute disgrace to USPS. She refused to assist me simply because she didn’t know what to do. I called customer service and they confirmed it was a simple weight discrepancy and they could’ve easily taken the payment or let it charge the account like they’ve always done dozens of times before. USPS Customer service apologized to me on her behalf but in addition to her being slow and inefficient at her position she is rude and dismissive when challenged on training she clearly did not receive. Filing a formal complaint and I sincerely hope they address this individual’s lack of procedural integrity.
