- RZRein ZaneJun 10, 20261.0I have never ever had an issue with the postal service even if a box is lost, it is the cost of doing business with such a massive organization. It’s so precious and I support it endlessly however the woman at the front desk on June 10 at 10:30am was an absolute disgrace to USPS. She refused to assist me simply because she didn’t know what to do. I called customer service and they confirmed it was a simple weight discrepancy and they could’ve easily taken the payment or let it charge the account like they’ve always done dozens of times before. USPS Customer service apologized to me on her behalf but in addition to her being slow and inefficient at her position she is rude and dismissive when challenged on training she clearly did not receive. Filing a formal complaint and I sincerely hope they address this individual’s lack of procedural integrity.

Sent a package using shipstation that was the ground service that goes from ups and then gets transferred to usps. Ups had no issues at all with the package or label but someone at this post office is claiming there is something wrong with the label and refuses to give the package to the recipient or send it back to me. What?? It's $100 worth of stuff that they stole from me not to mention the money spent to send it. They just said it was shipstations problem and I am guessing someone in this post office is getting to keep my belongings. I wonder how many packages they keep for themselves at this location?? Filing an official complaint first thing Monday.

Veretta has always been excellent and friendly and I have not seen Anh in a very long time who was also very good but these new ones at the front counter are beyond a wonderful needed and welcomed change here. A huge thank you to the one who made and followed through on this decision. Thank you. Please keep them there!🙏
