The employee repeatedly said, “That’s not my job,” while refusing to do something as basic as help attach a shipping label to a package. She treated the customer before me with the same lazy, hostile attitude, making him do something she could easily have handled herself. The level of unwillingness to help here is unbelievable.

- MPMartin PerezMay 6, 20261.0Not very reliable as they constantly lose packages or make mistakes with delivering packages to wrong lockers or addresses. Customer service is not very good and they seem to hate working at USPS.

Went down to the Woodland Post Office on Court Street and Jeff got a maintenance person out to our mailbox right away to install a new lock. Then off to pick up the keys for the new lock. Let me tell you, every time I have interactions with any of the clerks at the counter, they're always pleasant and just lovely to talk to. This time picking up the keys was no different. The clerk was absolutely perfect to talk to and she new exactly where my new keys were. This whole experience was just pleasant.
