- DDDorotJul 2, 20261.0I took time off work to pick up a package for my husband. Before I went, my husband contacted FedEx and added my name as an authorized person to avoid any issues with pickup. When I arrived, two employees refused to release the package, even though I provided all the required identification and documentation. One of them even took my ID to verify whether my name had been added to the shipment. She came back and told me that my name was not listed and that my husband would have to come in person. As a result, my husband had to leave work and pick up the package himself. When he received it, it turned out that my name had in fact been added as an authorized recipient all along. This experience was frustrating, unnecessary, and unprofessional. Whether it was due to poor training or a lack of attention, the employees gave me incorrect information, causing both my husband and me to waste time and miss work. I expect better customer service from FedEx and will avoid this location in the future.

Very unpleasant experience and I would go to a different location at all cost. If FedEx wants to maintain its reputation, addressing this kind of customer neglect is a must.
