  I took time off work to pick up a package for my husband. Before I went, my husband contacted FedEx and added my name as an authorized person to avoid any issues with pickup. When I arrived, two employees refused to release the package, even though I provided all the required identification and documentation. One of them even took my ID to verify whether my name had been added to the shipment. She came back and told me that my name was not listed and that my husband would have to come in person. As a result, my husband had to leave work and pick up the package himself. When he received it, it turned out that my name had in fact been added as an authorized recipient all along. This experience was frustrating, unnecessary, and unprofessional. Whether it was due to poor training or a lack of attention, the employees gave me incorrect information, causing both my husband and me to waste time and miss work. I expect better customer service from FedEx and will avoid this location in the future.

  Shante went above and beyond to help me ship my package. Super friendly and helpful, got me in and out in 3 minutes or less!

  Like coming to this location. The people working here are very helpful polite & professional. I get personable customer service each & everytime. Store is well maintained, organized, & supplied. Kept consistently clean. Reliable FedEx printing & shipping location. They print large scale & complex projects & are very skilled at it too. Very pleased with the big printing project they executed for me. All professionally done at reasonable prices. Clean & safe parking lot/shopping center all times of day. Easy parking & access to entrance. Now they also even do Amazon returns.

  Worst fedex shop ever. They always try to upsell you their packing/box service. The manager is awful and the general attitude is unhelpful. I would avoid if you can.

  AVOID THIS LOCATION. They try to upsell you their packing service saying that your box is not good enough for shipping (Same box was fine for UPS!!) Unhelpful people, spiteful responses and overall terrible working attitude. Go somewhere else, this branch is run by people who don’t like working nor customer service.
