- LMLolita MartinezApr 24, 20261.0I came here to renew my passport and my child’s. I didn’t know they couldn’t wear a white shirt, so to keep my appointment, I took mine off and had him use it. Then it was my turn. I put my shirt back on, sat down to take my picture, and *click*—it was done. I look like I rolled out of bed. If you use a digital camera, why not ask whether the picture looks okay? When I went to the window and they printed them, I was like, “My hair looks bad—you can see it.” I should have asked them to retake it, but I didn’t since he was the only one ant the window Anyway, they should at least ask if the customer is okay with it. If I’m paying, I expect it to be at least decent.

We expressed we have cameras let us know when it happen and he refused. He only gave his title “post master for woodlake” I guess this is Juan something. Didn’t show identification or have it visible, came in an unmarked car also. Stated he would refuse to deliver our mail if we didn’t return said package back. We don’t have it. Going be filing a report this is illegal!!! See they leave packages by road when it’s an active street and I’ve said where to put them. Photos of post master and my mail delivered to street while neighbor gets at door. There’s plenty of times men pretend to deliver and then try to brake in.
