They go out of their way to put my packages in parcel lockers because I'm working during their business hours. In over 10 years I've never had mail go missing or severely damaged. Its always clean. For work, I regularly work with the Lake Isabella post office and there is a night and day difference. It makes me so glad I live in Wofford Heights. This post office deserves an award.
- MTMike ThomasMay 1, 20263.0Large packages are not delivered to your door instaid they leave a notice that they are holding the package at the post office. This delays the delivery at least one day. However because they are only open Monday thru Friday 9:00 am to 12:00 and 1:00 pm to 3:00 pm it is deficult for working people to get their packages without loosing hours at work. It seems to me they could at least be open half a day on Saturday and then stager their lunch hours in order to meet the public's needs.

The postmaster was great and helping me resolve this ongoing problem, he was kind and courteous. Every time I called him or emailed him, we finally got the problem solved even though it took months and it turns out the problem was with the post office in the city where I used to live not with this post office.
