  From May 20, before moving to my new apartment, I updated my address with all of my important and unimportant contacts, including the IHSS, and I was already receiving mail at my new address. On June 1, I submitted an official Change of Address request with USPS as a final step to make sure any remaining mail would be forwarded. Instead, I stopped receiving all mail for an entire month. During June, I visited the Winnetka, Porter Ranch, and Reseda/Northridge post offices several times. I left notes for the mail carriers at both my old and new addresses. One of them called me and told me to call 1-800-ASK-USPS, but I could only access an automated system. Nevertheless, I submitted two online service requests on different days, but nothing was resolved. Today is July 1, and I still have not received my last three IHSS paychecks because my mail was never delivered. After weeks of getting no answers, I went back to the Winnetka Post Office and asked them to cancel my Change of Address request. Today, I called the Porter Ranch Post Office one final time. I was told that my mail carrier had already returned all my mail to the senders and that otherwise they would have delivered it. I find this explanation very very difficult to believe, because even my other family member, who did not cancel their change of address, has not received any mail within the last 4 weeks. My mail was never delivered or located, and no one informed me where I could pick it up. They only sympathized with me. Yet, to finalize the issue, I was then told that it had already been returned to the senders.

  Ive been having an ongoing issue with this post office for over a year now. Our mail carrier refused to deliver our mail, because she lied about getting attacked by our dog, when I came into this post office to try and resolve this issue, the mail supervisor Wilson was very rude and unprofessional, all he did was argue with me instead of trying to resolve my issue, keep in mind every time I pay for postage I'm paying for this guy's salary plus my mail carrier who still refuses to deliver our mail. Yvette lied about getting attacked by our dog and she didn't provide this post office any proof that it was our dog, anytime she sees any random dog roaming around the neighborhood, she falsely reported as our dog, the supervisor told that they are just going to take her word for it..this is so annoying, I just wanna get my mail. Both of these employees should be fired immediately!

  Woman at front counter very rude. I bought a book of stamps and asked for a bit of tape to seal the envelope I was mailing. She gave me a tiny piece, when I asked for a bit more because the tiny piece she gave me was too small to seal the envelope, she then retorted that "we don't provide tape!" If you don't have customer service skills then dont be behind the counter with your sour personalty. Better customer service please!
