  The CLOSED sign was literally still swinging from the door being shut as I walked up. She saw me walk up and followed through and did not look back. He stayed at the counter and acted as if I didn’t pull on a locked door during operating hours. Our phones are all on the same time. We know if it’s 8pm or not, we know if it’s open or not, that’s why I drove out to this one. Had my packages and QR codes in hand and pointed at them. He waited until 8pm to make eye contact with me, by that point, I’m in the wrong and just some guy asking for some help. Denied. I get it guys, we all want to go home when at the end of the shift. You had no way of knowing I was coming. But 8pm is 8pm. That was messed up.

  They closed early and refused me with my packages when I arrived at 4pm. I walked too. Absolutely despicable.

  Despicable service, the young female clerk took a person who was behind me in line, and then she showed her attitude as we were bothering her.

  Really disappointed with my experience here. I came in to mail a document and specifically asked for the cheapest shipping option. The employee helping me was on his phone during the transaction and ended up selecting UPS 2nd Day Air, which cost me almost $35 to ship a small envelope. When I saw the price, I immediately said I didn’t want to pay $35 and that I had asked for the cheapest option. Another employee stepped in and told me it was “too late” because the shipment had already been created. She also told me that envelopes are just expensive to ship, which I later found out wasn’t true in this case—I had been charged for an expedited service that I never asked for. I came back later to try to resolve the issue, but was told there was nothing they could do. Mistakes happen, but what bothered me most was the lack of attention during the transaction and the unwillingness to fix an obvious mistake after I had clearly asked for the cheapest shipping option. Overall terrible experience and this store manager should be ashamed in the quality of service and the way they conduct business
