  Despicable service, the young female clerk took a person who was behind me in line, and then she showed her attitude as we were bothering her.

  Really disappointed with my experience here. I came in to mail a document and specifically asked for the cheapest shipping option. The employee helping me was on his phone during the transaction and ended up selecting UPS 2nd Day Air, which cost me almost $35 to ship a small envelope. When I saw the price, I immediately said I didn’t want to pay $35 and that I had asked for the cheapest option. Another employee stepped in and told me it was “too late” because the shipment had already been created. She also told me that envelopes are just expensive to ship, which I later found out wasn’t true in this case—I had been charged for an expedited service that I never asked for. I came back later to try to resolve the issue, but was told there was nothing they could do. Mistakes happen, but what bothered me most was the lack of attention during the transaction and the unwillingness to fix an obvious mistake after I had clearly asked for the cheapest shipping option. Overall terrible experience and this store manager should be ashamed in the quality of service and the way they conduct business

  The staff are always kind and professional here. I’ve stopped by at least once a month for the past 2 years and every CSR has been kind and professional.

  This location is the best !!!. I go there all the time and has not had any negative experience with any staff or the owner as described or stated by others. Infact, I'm on my way there now when I checked their hours and saw all these "whining without cheese" from professional whiners. I've experienced the staff going above and beyond for me several times which most of these whiners don't/couldn't do at their own miserable jobs People just need to lose their grandiose entitlement attitude, drop your package off and keep it moving. No need to whine always, America. If you dont like the service, don't go back there..simple as that.
