- WAWale AjileyeMay 8, 20265.0This location is the best !!!. I go there all the time and has not had any negative experience with any staff or the owner as described or stated by others. Infact, I'm on my way there now when I checked their hours and saw all these "whining without cheese" from professional whiners. I've experienced the staff going above and beyond for me several times which most of these whiners don't/couldn't do at their own miserable jobs People just need to lose their grandiose entitlement attitude, drop your package off and keep it moving. No need to whine always, America. If you dont like the service, don't go back there..simple as that.

Each time told a different answer why I couldn't pickup my orders after reviewing email confirmations for pickup but heres the examples after going back and forth I.E ( we dont do pickups here,you would be charged to pickup items,accused of theft) Clearly they are unaware that UPS offers that location as a pickup. Went up the street to another Ups store and had no issue picking up my packages order online. Clearly they need to be updated or go over their policies.

When i came in he pointed at a sign and was like "youre supposed to close the door" and i told him I didnt see it. I was returning some clothes that were in one package and I guess needed to be turned in separately. However he ripped the bag and pulled out all the close in front of everyone which was really embarassing. And acted as if I was stupid for not knowing how to resend the order.
