I paid 22 bucks to have it arrive July 6 at this UPS store. She was at camp until the 8th. It arrived on the 11th. The camp paid LESS THAN 6 BUCKS to ship it back to Windsor. So...this means the UPS store charged me 300% more than the cost to ship the actual box, promising me it would arrive ( it arrived five days after promised date). Then when I went in to problem solve I was told to step aside so they could help other customers since my problem would take a long time, only to be told they can't help, they can't check on tracking, there's NOTHING they could do. After seeing what cost to actually ship, I will never, ever be back. Highway robbery with zero accountability and zero customer service.

The bill was $8.00 for the copies and a $7.00 service charge for opening the email ($2) and sending the file to the printer ($5). That is an 88% up charge. I use to own a UPS store, and raping our customers with service charges was not the standard policy. I wonder what they charge if you call them about shipping...you might need a load to do business with this store.
