- ISIrene SundiamMar 22, 20245.0I just wanted to give a huge shout out to everyone in Willits Post Office especially to Postmaster Scott Butler. I had a problem with my mail and even after multiple calls and emails to USPS no one was willing to help me. It was extremely frustrating. I finally went back to the Willits Post Office and explained the issue and they looked into it. Postmaster Scott Butler came out and assisted me himself. He did everything that he could to resolve my problem. I just want to express my gratitude to him and his whole team. It felt good to finally be heard and understood about my concern. I feel that we usually just complain and dont thank them enough for the hard work that they do. Once again, to everyone there at the Willits Post Office, Thank you for all that you do.
