- RLRisela LimApr 25, 20221.0I happen to fall in the negative review group. One lady on a weekday seemed very lovely, the younger one total horse's bottom. Not sure if my family and I wearing a face mask set her off, but it seems like she had made up her mind. My mistake was to have printed passport applications double sided. I was renewing for a 16 and 18 year old. I didn't have birth certificates because the application itself states "ONE of the following"...an expired passport being an item on the list. But because it is in the officer's discretion what they can require you to have present, she determines whether she'll reject you or not. This gal really doesn't help the government worker stereotype. Just because she does this day in and day out doesn't mean that the regular joe schmoe knows the exact procedure since we only do this every 10 years.
