- AHApril HJul 12, 20261.0Had issues with receiving my mail so paid for PO Box which I shouldn't have to. Still can not receive all my mail. But I can get everyone else's. Card with a gift card never showed up. Dropped off at one post office and received at another so only postal workers touched it. Shows on informed delivery last week. Never delivered! Must be with the check I mailed years ago and handed to worker that was stolen, washed and cashed for a higher amount. Or the bill check from years ago that I handed to the woman who still works there and it never showed up to the recipient. It's definitely not the same post office that it used to be. Also when we order packages we have them sent to the house knowing that there are major issues within that post office. Unfortunately a couple of them have been sent through USPS when we go there to pick it up one worker will tell you they hold it for 48 hours and then the next worker will tell you they ship it back to San Bernardino to forward back to you and you have to pay for shipping twice. Extreme inconsistency. I guess I shouldn't complain bc there were 2 packages in years past that showed they were delivered to Wildomar post office and they said they didn't have them.

Siri did ask if I had an appointment but I told her that I have everything ready and allowed me to get it done! The customer service was amazing! My recommendation is to come on a morning when no one is here and have everything ready (includes passport photos done, documents, and the form already filled out to get your passport; took me 10 minutes). 100% recommended going here rather than Murrieta’s postal office to get passports done.
