He kept telling me I had to do everything on line. I told him I have never done that before and he insisted I do it that way. After I let him know how I feel about how he was treated I went to the other UPS store off of Washington and had zero issues at all.

Amazon pays for these mail returns and this ups store wants to double dip and charge for tape, labels, etc. I will no longer be a customer here. Bad business đź‘Ž For reference, other ups stores offer help, smiles and even candy for their customers... Save yourself the trouble and go elsewhere
