- JJJoeJul 27, 20261.0I dropped off my package over a week ago, and the tracking still shows it hasn’t left the USPS facility. This level of service is extremely disappointing. I visited the post office to ask why my package hadn’t shipped, but the staff was unable to provide any useful information. I also contacted USPS customer service, and they could not tell me where my package is or what is causing the delay. It’s unacceptable that no one can provide an update on a package that has been sitting at your facility for over a week.

Told the worker no, so I took the cards to another post office no problem there. Bottom line is that this post office worker tried to charge me extra on a made up reason.

I went in with a qr code shipping label as I had just done the last week at another post office. No issues at the other one but this location had a problem… she told me I had to print the label myself ? I said that is not true you just scan it and it prints out I just did this last week. She continued to argue so I just walked away and said I will just go to the other one where they know what they are doing with no problem. She continued on with her rant. She was ignorant and rude. I just left the other office and the man did exactly what he was supposed to. Don’t come here if you want excuses and rude service.
