I do see the sign on the door regarding being closed at lunch and have been lucky that I have never showed up at that time. All the times I have come service has been quick and the workers polite. Here are the latest posted hours for collection times if you want to drop something off in the box, even if the main mailroom is closed.

He was a complete jerk and looked bothered I was there (I was the only customer at the time). I wish they would do periodic undercover visits to see how these employees treat customers. Thneed to be evaluated for their customer satisfaction.
