I was so confused because I have my mom in law dropped off a package and was supposed to pick it up there she told me they only do drop offs and to find out I can’t pick up my package there without a po box which is very very inconvenient. She told me to call the Bolsa Chica supervisor, I asked for the phone number nicely and she told me she don’t know and who am I supposed to call then? She was raising her voice at that point that everyone in the room Was looking at me. Also I tried to call the phone number of the supervisor of their location the guy told me to call no answer at all. I also called their customer service I spoke to the supervisor named Amy and I asked her when will the package gonna arrived to the sender they always don’t know. I also asked her what will happen to my package cause it contains food that is imported from A different country she told they were just gonna dispose it? My mind went blank after that like what? An expensive food you’re gonna dispose? Honestly USPS you lost my trust!

No surprise from other comments with similar experiences. Telling me she won’t ’ship my packet’ because of miscellaneous excuses and then ended up taking my package anyway. Will definitely not be returning.
