I was coming there for passport services and while I did not get the gentleman’s name, he was the person in charge of passport appointments. He was so helpful and pleasant, knew what he was talking about and gave excellent, old school customer service! That is sadly very rare these days. I will be coming back to this office in the future, as the one in Huntington off Warner is in need of a serious employee overhaul that would result in everyone getting fired! This office off goldenwest however, all the clerks were wonderful.

He is an older man with glasses and white hair, named Dave or David. This individual is highly disrespectful in customer interactions; he talks back and exhibits a confrontational attitude. Aug26.2026 Today, I went to return a package. Initially, an Asian/Korean woman assisted me, but she was unsure how to proceed and told me that the older man could help. I explained that I was following the company's instructions for the return, but he responded rudely. The woman stepped in to assist again, and I asked if he could scan the barcode. He dismissively said she could help since she was very helpful, then walked away. He made a snide comment and continued to walk off. It is unacceptable that this man remains employed at this location and is allowed to speak to customers with such disrespectful attitude!!!!
