  Huge kudos to Damian. Extremely helpful and super friendly. Wish staff at other nearby UPS Stores can all be more like Damian! Damian was genuine and really went out of his way to help me. Great customer service. I highly recommend this UPS Store location!

  I recently used this location to return my Amazon purchases. The guy at the counter refused to take my (boxed) item for processing, and said that I didn’t pack it correctly even though I put it in the exact same box as what it came in from Amazon. He did scan the QR code first, but then made a whole speech about not accepting that box and said I had to buy an expensive box from UPS to repack it. I said no to the repackaging, and would contact Amazon further on what to do. Why would I spend my money for a picky employee to be satisfied in his power-trip. Now he never removed the first package’s QR code from his scanner, printed the label, scanned the second QR code for the other item I had, and slapped the wrong label on the second item. Now I’m having to fight with Amazon about why the wrong item is being sent in the mail when it wasn’t even my fault that the wrong label was on the second item. The guy should have focused more on what label he was scanning, instead of being demanding over us purchasing a box for an already boxed item. I’m not coming back to this location.

  I came in with 3 young kids (6, 3, and 2 months). Baby was crying and kids were being kids….the employee gave my 2 bigger kids markers and pokemon coloring sheets to color on while I worked on getting a paper notarized and let me tell you - this was the most helpful, kindest thing anyone could have done for a mom of 3. So helpful and something I’ll never forget. They made the notarizing process so easy.

  I was experiencing very bad situation with UPS and overly frustrated. Came into the store a little hot, headed and Damien calmed me down, reassured me and explained things to me so I could understand I appreciate you going the. Extra mile and helping me today. You actually made my day a little bit easier.
