  what great service! i literally had three kind and efficient employees helping me at once. what could have been a dreadful experience shipping 8 parcels ended up being easy and nice. thanks much, y'all

  This UPS is family owned and run so professionally unlike other UPS stores that have big turn over. Roya the manager knows her customers and give the personal extra touch. Her son is a great notary that travels to your home. And everyone there is so nice and helpful. My family will continue to use them for more years to come.

  I have never felt compelled to leave a bad review anywhere but today’s experience left a horrible taste in my mouth. I came to store #2902 to do a return not requiring a box or a label, all they needed to do was scan the QR quote and take the item. However I was informed that I needed to package the items even though my code said no box required. I take my items to a different UPS store and they let me know that the items have already been scanned in so they can’t take the items. They gave me a support number for Happy Returns and after talking to them they said I had to go back to the original store since they were the ones who scanned the items. Happy Returns told me they had to work with UPS to return my items. I get to store #2902 and the clerk tells me I need to talk to his supervisor. There is immediately a bad attitude from the supervisor as I describe my situation. I let them know I have happy returns on the phone so we could work something out. This woman argumentatively says she cannot talk to them and walks away. I am trying to ask for help but they continue to ignore me, refusing to help me. Happy Returns was able to help me out thankfully but I was incredibly frustrated with this situation especially since no one heard me out and she completely ignored me. I asked for the supervisors name and all they could say was RK. I will definitely never come back here and will be telling everyone about this horrible customer service experience. Incredibly rude staff and very unhelpful.

  It’s disappointing because UPS as a company seems to be making an effort to improve the customer experience, but this location does the exact opposite. Instead of making shipping easier, they make it more difficult. I only needed a few small pieces of tape to seal my package, but they refused to help unless I purchased an entire roll for several dollars. I needed less than a minute’s worth of tape, yet they insisted on charging me instead of offering basic customer service. The staff was unhelpful, and the overall experience was frustrating. This location definitely does not reflect the level of service customers expect from UPS. It was my first time visiting this location, and it will definitely be my last. I will never come back.

  I love coming to this UPS location. They are so helpful and so kind. They smile, they tape your packages if you forget to to do it! 5 star service everyday!
