  It’s disappointing because UPS as a company seems to be making an effort to improve the customer experience, but this location does the exact opposite. Instead of making shipping easier, they make it more difficult. I only needed a few small pieces of tape to seal my package, but they refused to help unless I purchased an entire roll for several dollars. I needed less than a minute’s worth of tape, yet they insisted on charging me instead of offering basic customer service. The staff was unhelpful, and the overall experience was frustrating. This location definitely does not reflect the level of service customers expect from UPS. It was my first time visiting this location, and it will definitely be my last. I will never come back.

  I love coming to this UPS location. They are so helpful and so kind. They smile, they tape your packages if you forget to to do it! 5 star service everyday!

  I dread coming to this location every single time, but unfortunately it's the closest UPS store to my home, so I have no real choice. Every visit is ruined by the same female employee — the one who wears glasses — who is consistently rude and unprofessional. I came in simply to drop off a package, and once again she made the experience unpleasant. Her attitude is dismissive, her tone is condescending, and there is zero effort to provide even basic customer service. It feels like an inconvenience to her just to acknowledge you as a customer. I have given this location multiple chances, but this employee's repeated rudeness has made up my mind. I will be looking for an alternative drop-off location going forward. Management seriously needs to address this staff member's behavior — no customer should leave feeling disrespected just for dropping off a box.

  The employees at this UPS location are actually very friendly and helpful, which makes this even more disappointing. The owner, however, is incredibly rude, unprofessional, and clearly lacks basic customer service skills. She speaks to customers with attitude and makes you feel like you’re inconveniencing her just by being there. It’s unfortunate because the staff deserves better leadership. The owner’s behavior completely ruins the experience. I would strongly recommend avoiding this location unless you want to deal with unnecessary hostility.
