  TOP UPS STORE. I’ve been a customer at this UPS Store for over five years, and the service has consistently been excellent. The owner/store operator and the entire team are professional, efficient, friendly, and always willing to help. What really stands out to me is the consistency. Even new employees are clearly well trained, professional, and welcoming. The store is always clean and well organized, and no matter when I stop by, I’m greeted with a smile and receive great service. After four years of being a mailbox customer here, I can confidently say that this is a very well-run location with an amazing team. I truly appreciate the excellent service they’ve provided over the years and highly recommend this store.

  Spaulding is amazing! The store was very busy and some customers have very extensive transactions. He took what could have been long, frustrating waits for customers and was able to manage multiple transactions quickly. Best multi-tasker I've ever seen. He was also very kind and helpful. Employee of the year!

  Spaulding was the best. He notarized my document and was willing to help with further steps to mail the document to Florida. Provided extra materials for free. Super kind and helpful!

  Very helpful. Employee correctly informed me that my Amazon return was "customer packed". I was unaware of that stipulation. They said not to worry this time and took care of it. This has been my go-to shipping spot, today reinforced.
