  Decent selection of office supplies and the staff is generally helpful when you need assistance. However, the checkout process can be a bit slow, especially during busy hours. Overall, it's a solid choice for getting what you need, but don't expect a quick trip.

  Dropped in quickly to buy a Needoh for my daughter. I was so thrilled to find a place that had them in stock! The entire shipment was on the shipping table, and when I tried to buy one the Staples employee rudely informed me she purchased every single one and was going to sell them online. I wish that they had more professional employees as well as real time inventory check.

  I want to publicly thank Salem, Shante nd Bianca at the Westchester Staples printing/photo department, for there stellar customer service! In a world full of A.I. and bad customer service, these three ladies proved that they care about their customers. I came in to self print some photos, for my father's 80th b-day party collage, which was a few days away and encountered so many issues with obtaining the photos being printed in various sizes. After three consecutive days of coming in to self print and having the same issue, Salem saw my repeated presence, struggle and frustration and offered to assist me. She asked me to send the pics to the website, asked me what sizes I needed and took it from there. She sized, printed my photos, and ensured me I would have them before the party. She was right! She left the photos with her colleagues told them where she placed them for when I came to pick them up. And that's when Bianca and Shante took the torch! I spoke with Bianca on pick up day, she told me they were ready and she would leave them with Shante due to me being able to pick them up after I got off work and she would be off duty at the time of my pickup. Upon picking them up, Shante did not see them in the bin, she made a quick call to Bianca and voila...the picks were found! Salem did an awesome job,with the photos and ensuring I received them. She did not have to print the different sizes and cut the photos for me as it is not a service they generally provide with simple printing HOWEVER I am extremely grateful for doing so. I created the collage, it came out great and was ready a day before the party! To Staples management, you have some true gems, within your organization.These ladies went above and beyond to assist me and created a smile on my face. They exuded teamwork and efficiency within the customer service they provided and I am grateful! Salem, Shante and Bianca you ladies ROCK! Because of you the collage was created and was a conversation piece at my daddy's party! I thank all of you from the bottom of my heart!
