- KMKassandra Martinez1 day ago1.0Customer service was terrible it was the first time I shipped out clothes I sold and the lady who helped me was maybe if Filipino decent wears glasses and had straight hair helped me and she was very arrogant and rude I get it working for a post office is stressful but have better customer service. Don’t belittle people it’s rude and uncalled for I hope management can see how rude she is and take her away from customer service

I cannot get a hold of anyone at this location, I’ve called their direct number countless times, and they don’t answer the phone on purpose. I’ll be filing a complaint with the post master this is shameful.
