Don’t belittle people it’s rude and uncalled for I hope management can see how rude she is and take her away from customer service

I cannot get a hold of anyone at this location, I’ve called their direct number countless times, and they don’t answer the phone on purpose. I’ll be filing a complaint with the post master this is shameful.
