  Came to fill out a pdf document. I asked the service person specifically if their computers allow to edit a pdf document and she said yes. Had an issue downloading a document to the staples computer and when I asked politely of there was another way, she sarcastically said "I guess not". 20 minutes later, I download the document and the adobe reader doesn't let me edit the document. I ask the service person and she said "well they used to". 20 minutes when I had to mail out a document out the same day. A little politeness can go a long way. Just not at this staples I guess.

  Last minute help needed turning an image into a poster for No Kings day. Nially (working solo behind the counter) went ABOVE AND BEYOND to help me accomplish this goal.
