  This place is the worse. The parking lot is a total nightmare, UPS does not want to validate… Because they have to be inconvenienced by opening some phone app to do so. There is a code to get in and out of the parking garage so good luck getting back to your car, they claim to give you the code, but it doesn’t work and only works when they go punch it in so I suspect they don’t want people having the code and just give a fake code, hoping people will walk around the entire building. This location always has a line and they are never attending to the customers, but rather taking care of bins of stuff. There is a much better location right next to laugh factory. I recommend the extra minutes to go to that one.

  They started charging $3.00 to print Amazon return labels while other UPS stores can still print it for free.

  I was charged $2.50 just for them to print the label for me! The guy at the counter didn’t mention the cost until he had already printed it.

  There is one particular employee here who has issues every time I try to do a simple Amazon return. Today he scanned my QR code and then after getting the label to use I guess he was trying to get a receipt because he scanned the code again and told me that it was telling me it was already scanned so it wasn't working. This is the first time I had tried to scan this item, mind you. Of course it's telling you that because you already scanned it?? A different employee had to come over to tell him he didn't need another label and that I was good to go. Another time this guy claimed he couldn't scan my code because of the brightness on my phone. Another time he told me I had to use a machine to do a return because he couldn't do it. It's literally just this one guy with long hair who acts like everything is a problem when it's not. The other employees have been very nice and helpful and have helped me print things before.

  The staff took very good care of my mail for several years. Being located in this part of Hollywood, a lot of customers received trade magazines related to the crafts they worked in, in theater, TV and movies. There was a high turnover of customers, and magazines were not forwarded. So there was a large table next to the mailboxes, with undeliverable industry trade magazines for art and science trades and crafts. I went home every now and then with some pretty high brow tech magazines that I never would've had the opportunity to read otherwise, because they weren't available in booksellers.
