- MLMarcus LaVoiJul 17, 20261.0On July 14 at approximately 4:45 p.m., my wife and I entered the Post office located at 23055 Sherman Way, West Hills, CA 91307, to mail two care packages to our son, an active-duty United States Marine. The postal employee assisting us, Albert, informed us that we had completed the mailing forms incorrectly. We have mailed several care packages in the past using the same forms and completing them the same way without any issues. However, on this occasion, Albert had us redo the paperwork not once, but three separate times. During the transaction, and in front of other customers, Albert remarked, “Why did you come in right before 5 o’clock closing and trouble me with all of this work when I have other work to do after this?” I explained that we had arrived before closing and that customers who enter during posted business hours should reasonably expect to receive service without being made to feel like an inconvenience. Albert’s attitude and demeanor throughout the interaction were extremely rude, dismissive, and unprofessional. His behavior was so shocking and disappointing and was so noticeable that other customers commented on it. He continued acting as though we had done something personally to offend him. Fortunately, a supervisor named Ryan became involved and apologized for him and assured us that this would be addressed accordingly.

In fact it never left their warehouse didn’t offer me Any recourse hardly worked on locating the package and I inquired multiple multiple multiple times. It was never resolved hard for me to forget this. Don’t scan your packages make sure you stand in line and get a receipt.
