  What is going on here? They are supposed to be open every day now and now they are "temporarily" closed?!? Leslie Frankel, you need to refund box holders for no access to mail or packages!!!!! What a scam!

  I was stopped at the door today, with a heavy box, by someone saying: "we are not taking any packages". AHHHH!

  Every time I came, I felt like they didn't want to give me service. There's a specific employee there who always treats me in an unpleasant way. I don't like going there.

  I would not recommend using this company. We sent an overnight package that they lost, receipts attached. Despite many phone calls to sort out the trouble UPS told me they were not responsible for this lost package. This was the owner of the store. UPS 800 customer service and the UPS Van Nuys main location also explained to me that they were not responsible.

  This store lost my package that was very important of course. It was dropped off to them, supposedly the truck driver picked it up however that is where the tracking stopped. I called this company to ask for help and was given the shove off “call the 800#”. I explained to them that the tracking# on the overnight way-bill does not have the same tracking# that UPS requires meaning UPS will absolutely not help me on the 800#. I politely explained this to the representative at this store and they again shoved me off to the 800# and told me it was not their problem. My shipment is lost and I’m out a hearty sum of money with absolute finger pointing and not solving the problem.
