- PPPo Ting PaoSep 14, 20261.0I’ve been coming here regularly and usually have a decent experience, but this visit was ridiculous. I walked in with 6–7 packages to scan and get a receipt. The employee (the guy, the lady is always nice) immediately shouted from behind the counter, “I cannot take your packages, I am by myself.” I told him I was perfectly willing to wait until he finished helping everyone else. His response? Still no. He told me he had other packages to scan in the back and to “try the West Covina location.” Seriously? I wasn’t asking to skip the line—I was literally willing to wait my turn. Apparently even that was too much to ask. I ended up driving another 15 minutes and waiting another 20 minutes at a different location while my wife sat in the car with our crying, hungry baby. Being short-staffed is understandable. Flat-out refusing service to a patient customer because you don’t want to deal with a few packages is not. Absolutely lazy and unacceptable customer service.
