- ETEvelin TorresMar 14, 20261.0On Saturday March 14, 2026, I visited the West Covina Post Office on California Avenue and felt compelled to share my experience. While the Asian lady at the counter was incredibly helpful and accommodating regarding our passport application, the interaction with the Latino lady was quite the opposite. Her rudeness was not only unprofessional but also made us feel uncomfortable and unwelcome. We just asked a simple question if there was walks in to apply for the passport and she answered very rude and angry saying that she didn’t got time to take care our application. It's disappointing to encounter such a stark contrast in customer service within the same establishment. I hope management addresses this issue to ensure a more positive experience for all customers in the future. This place doesn’t deserve not even one star.
