Shout out to Ning for her incredible amount of patience while she helped me get my fingerprints taken on an incredibly frustrating and temperamental biometric machine. She was the friendliest, most helpful person I’ve ever encountered within the walls of any USPS facility and I cannot thank her enough. It took an insane amount of time to capture a legible set of prints, but she refused to give up and tried every single trick possible. It’s so refreshing encountering people who are dedicated to what they do and who are great at it. Thank you, Ning! You definitely left a very positive impression.

- DTD TaySep 9, 20261.0I had won a small giveaway and the sender bought an envelope label for a small package. I received a note from USPS in my mailbox saying I had something for pick up. I had no idea what it was. I ended up having to pay for the small package label upgrade which cost more than the contents. Why did USPS send the small package with the wrong label? Shouldn't they send the package back to sender for a correct label?
