  For Roger, I hope since my post went viral you have understood how disgusting your behavior towards bilingual speakers and disabled veterans is. Learn to never assume ones background. From the moment we entered the store you assumed my family only spoke Spanish, that we weren’t educated with legal backgrounds. You denied us speaking Spanish, you denied a veteran access to an area where he could easily sign a document. You denied us our right to be treated like people. And to reiterate what I said in the store, there is no legal language in America. Your frustration to then rip up a legal document and throw it as two women is disgusting. For the store owner, upon posting this incident on my instagram I have since then received multiple calls and messages of Roger mistreating member of the community on race, gender, age, etc. For him to constantly use the excuse that “he is friends with the owner” is a disgusting excuse to the behavior. Your other employees shouldn’t have to deal with his hostile behavior or have to rebuild community trust once he has disrespected someone. DO BETTER! For those of your reading this and hearing a similar story to what you faced in store with Roger, don’t be afraid to issue a formal complaint on the UPS website for small businesses. You shouldn’t have to feel the need to avoid this UPS because of Roger, and yes the walnut location on grand is definitely a much better experience

  I have been to this UPS store numerous times and have always had a good experience for returning items purchased on the internet. There usually isn't a long wait and I find the workers to be efficient and friendly. At another UPS store, which I will not name, the lines are often long and the workers take a long time on one customer. That isn't necessarily the worker's fault, but it's still an inconvenience and happens often. So, I highly recommend this UPS store.

  Just dropping off returns not sure how you mess up customer service for a simple transaction but Eduardo managed to be rude, condescending and mumbles. Pretty much everything customer service shouldn’t be.

  🚨 PLEASE CHECK YOUR SHIPPING PRICE BEFORE PAYING! 🚨 I just had a VERY concerning experience with UPS. I was quoted almost $2,000 for shipping 😳💸 I decided to get a second opinion and went to One Stop Mail Center in Glendora, and I ended up paying around $100 for the shipping instead. That is an INSANE difference. 😳 I’m sharing this because I would hate for someone else to pay thousands of dollars without checking another shipping company first. 📍 One Stop Mail Center – Glendora Always get a second shipping quote! You could potentially save yourself a LOT of money. 🙏 FYI guy is super RUDE
