This location insisted that we needed an EEI code to send regular documents to China, yet another FedEx location processed the exact same shipment without requiring one. The Chinese-speaking staff member here was rude and unhelpful and couldn’t clearly explain the EEI requirement herself. FedEx is such a large international company and should do a much better job training its staff on both shipping procedures and customer service.
