- MCMike CriselApr 27, 20261.0The customer service in the “Print Center” in this store is HORRIBLE!!!!! Let me say that again….. HORRIBLE! HORRIBLE!! HORRIBLE!!! I asked a simple question and was basically told “ Go over there and do it yourself” I was willing to pay whatever for a simple print of a file I had. Girl said “Uhhhh just go over to those printers over there” there were two of them “clerks” by the way. We have a new policy that we can’t help you “REALIY?!?!?!?!?” NEVER shopping there again. I’m a regular there BTW

- WGWilma GoldApr 3, 20261.0Inventory is smaller and smaller every time I go in. This time I went in for toner from my printer. They said they dont stock it in the store and I would have to order online. I had to print NOW. That was not an accesseptable answer! I will have to find another store.
- MGMoose's GarageFeb 11, 20265.0We bought 2 office chairs, 2 desks, and a set of ink carthages for our printer. After tax everything cost $1250. We went to Office Max and the chairs alone for the same quality would have cost over $1300 for only 2. It's not for everyone but I do recommend if you send the money it might be worth the 5 year warranty for $80.
