- HZHongkuan Zhou2 days ago1.0Visited the office 3 times to investigate a missing package, everyday someone there promised to call me back the same day but they never did. Also I tried to call like 30 times but they never pick up the phone. Worst USPS ever, RIP if your address is under this office.
- EREva Rocha6 days ago1.0Had to give you one stat just because that was the lowest possible. Walked in to this post office to drop off some items that I needed to send out…. The employee by the name of Yolanda was helping a customer when I walked in …. There was a guy in line so I asked a lady standing near him if she was in line.? She said no so I stood behind him. The teller Yolanda called out to the man to be helped so I moved to where he had been standing when I walked in…. The lady Yolanda yelled at me your standing in the wrong place move over to the other side.. I said oh ok thank you for letting me know.. I told the other lady behind the counter “it would be nice if you guys would put a sign to show where the line starts.. Yolanda yelled at me saying “the man was standing in the wrong place moved place and then you stood….. I said I’m sorry I’m not talking to you ..” “ thank you “ I turned and continued to talk to Yolanda’s supervisor. I will never step foot at this post office!! Worst customer service ever!!!

Most importantly, for sending the exact same documents in two identical envelopes, I paid just over two yuan elsewhere, but here they charged me over twelve yuan. I repeatedly emphasized that I didn't need any special tracking service, just the most basic option. He told me this was already very cheap. I asked if they offered regular shipping, but he just kept insisting that this was already extremely affordable. There was no way to communicate effectively. Before I bought the envelopes, he weighed them and told me it would cost five yuan. But when I filled everything out and was ready to send them, he told me it would be twelve yuan.
