- DWDavid WhiteSep 23, 20261.0This month (September, 2026), I have over 5 late package (over 2 weeks for 2-5 day service!!!) arrivals using this post office. It is in your best interest to NOT use this location. Furthermore, I have personally seen this post office casually throwing packages from their counter into the baskets without any care for the contents while the baskets are 2-3 feet from them speaking towards their laziness in handling of your shipments. It is pathetic and unnerving to say the least. Then there is their handling of assisting customers which is severely painful filled with negativity on every single matter I have witnessed or had the displeasure of enduring. Office manager also complains about people coming in just before closing to mail packages to her patrons. It would appear working an extra 5-10 minutes BEFORE CLOSING to support customers apparently will not be tolerated at this location. I also must ask, who in the world complains in front of their patrons?!?!? Use anywhere BUT this place to save yourself the hassle of poor service and an almost guaranteed late delivery on your mailings. This location makes one really search for the zero star rating. AVOID AT ALL COST AND TRUST THE 2.4 STAR REVIEW - IT IS TRULY WORSE!!!

Also I tried to call like 30 times but they never pick up the phone. Worst USPS ever, RIP if your address is under this office.
- EREva RochaAug 24, 20261.0Had to give you one stat just because that was the lowest possible. Walked in to this post office to drop off some items that I needed to send out…. The employee by the name of Yolanda was helping a customer when I walked in …. There was a guy in line so I asked a lady standing near him if she was in line.? She said no so I stood behind him. The teller Yolanda called out to the man to be helped so I moved to where he had been standing when I walked in…. The lady Yolanda yelled at me your standing in the wrong place move over to the other side.. I said oh ok thank you for letting me know.. I told the other lady behind the counter “it would be nice if you guys would put a sign to show where the line starts.. Yolanda yelled at me saying “the man was standing in the wrong place moved place and then you stood….. I said I’m sorry I’m not talking to you ..” “ thank you “ I turned and continued to talk to Yolanda’s supervisor. I will never step foot at this post office!! Worst customer service ever!!!
