- SOSome One1 day ago1.0I went in to get some Priority Mail® Address Labels, Pack of 10. They’re usually in front free to grab. I asked the lady sitting at the passport. If she can grab me a pack, she didn’t want to give to me. They’re free online. So now I gotta wait a couple days for the post office to send me 75 packs for free when I could’ve just got the 10 I wanted at the moment lady was acting like a Karen. Wasted my time and gas. I’ve gone so many times to on other post offices for some and never had an issue

The people under her can be unprofessional and rude sometimes, however, she will take appropriate steps and actions accordingly. Not the most customer friendly staff at the window, so you are pretty much at their mercy and remember to remain polite.

- DWdennis wangFeb 28, 20261.0Worst place and service. Tried to submit a mail theft report with photo evidence here today , yes a photo with the thief license plate. A staff named Yolanda helped me with a very perfunctory tone first told me it happens all the time that she can take the report, I was skeptical about her attitude so I requested the supervisor, she put me at the end of counter waited for 20 minutes then told me the supervisor is on the street. If this is the case why not saying in the first place? Bunch of lazy staff just try to minimize the effort on work, the usps is bankrupting for a reason I guess.

The woman working at the lower counter on Monday had one of the worst customer service attitudes I’ve ever experienced. This was extremely frustrating and disappointing.
