  The store didn’t open on time. They were 15 mins late. Had 3 people waiting in front. Very bad

  I came in here on September 3rd at 6:30 PM. There was three young boys working when I walked in there was nobody for them to help. It was just me in there at the moment. They didn’t greet me i said I need to fax something I told them that it was my second time he Said you need a cover sheet and you need to remove the staples out of it and how many pages , It was the way he said it, and he didn’t even offer to help me whatsoever he stood there, staring at me, noticing that I was needing help and It was very uncomfortable and it was unpleasant Shouldn’t have to go through that just to fax something after being upset about this situation, I told him that it was uncalled for for him to talk to me the way he did and not to offer to help. He didn’t even state that he was sorry or anything, and I heard him discussing the issue to the other employee 5 feet away from me not waiting until I left the store. They were very unprofessional.

  My visits at this location is always pleasant. Yuri the manager is great at customer service care. I came in a couple of times to make last minute copies and notarizations, and Yuri took great care of my paperwork! No long lines, and short wait for services. I recommend this place to anyone!

  Attentive owner on top of things. Seemed friendly with his staff too. (Very important because happy workers = better customer service) Aside from shipping snd receiving, this UPS store also offers notary, witness and "po box" services. 👍 👍
